On September 6th, GAIA BAR brings together some of the most influential figures in contemporary mixology for an event that celebrates signature cocktails through the people who are redefining them.

From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the day will unfold through a series of guest shifts, with bartenders taking turns behind the GAIA BAR counter. To complete the experience, there will be a brunch featuring an express station and pass-around finger food, accompanied by a DJ set setting the rhythm of the event.
