You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

1. Validity: The voucher is valid for a limited period and can only be used at MUSA Lago di Como. The validity of the voucher cannot be extended beyond the stated expiration date.

2. Reservation: Advance booking is required to ensure the availability of the desired services. When making the reservation, the customer must indicate their intention to use the voucher.

3. Partial Use: If the holder does not use all the services included in the voucher, the unused portion will not be refunded or made available for future use.

Kindly notify us at time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival. This voucher is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use. Beverage's are not included unless the wine flight is selected at purchase. Tasting menus are encouraged for the entire table.

The proposed menu is at the discretion of the Chef. Water and coffee are included.
