Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Validity: The voucher has a limited validity period and can only be used at MUSA Lago di Como. It is not possible to extend the voucher’s validity beyond the indicated expiration date.

Usage: The voucher can be redeemed for services expressly offered by the hotel and listed in the voucher description.

Booking: Advance booking is required to ensure availability of the desired services. When making a reservation, the guest must inform the hotel of their intention to use the voucher.

Non-Cumulative: The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts, unless otherwise specified.

Partial Use: If the holder does not use all the services listed on the voucher, the unused services will not be refunded or made available for future use.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, either in full or in part. Additionally, it is non-transferable to third parties without prior agreement with the hotel.

Services Subject to Availability: Some services may be subject to limited availability or seasonal restrictions. The hotel reserves the right to modify service availability based on operational or management needs.

Liability Limitations: In case of exceptional events (e.g., temporary closures, extreme weather conditions), the hotel reserves the right to temporarily suspend or modify the voucher usage terms.
