Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Voucher Terms and Conditions

 1. Validity: The voucher is valid for a limited period and can only be used at MUSA Lago di Como. It is not possible to extend the validity of the voucher beyond the indicated expiry date.

 2. Use: The voucher may be used for services expressly offered by the hotel and listed in the voucher description.

 3. Booking: It is mandatory to make the booking in advance to ensure the availability of the desired services. When making the booking, the customer must notify the hotel of the intention to use the voucher.

 4. Non-cumulative: The voucher cannot be combined with other current promotions, offers or discounts, unless specifically stated otherwise.

 5. Partial use: If the user does not make use of all the services listed on the voucher, they shall not be refundable nor may they be used on another occasion.

 6. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: The voucher may not be redeemed for cash, either in part or in full. Furthermore, it is not transferable to third parties without prior agreement with the hotel.

7. Services Subject to Availability: Some services may be subject to limited availability or seasonal restrictions. The hotel reserves the right to change the availability of services based on operational or management circumstances.

 8. Damage or Loss: The hotel is not liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to the voucher. The responsibility for keeping the voucher lies entirely with the holder.

 9. Limitation of Liability: In the event of exceptional events (e.g. extraordinary closures, extreme weather conditions), the hotel reserves the right to temporarily suspend or change the terms of use of the voucher.
